IGO Renewable Energy Claims is a technical expert office based in Trier, Germany. We analyse damage and malfunctions on renewable energy systems. Our clients include insurance companies, energy suppliers, plant operators and industrial enterprises.

How We Work
Three steps from the damage description to the completed expert report.
Assignment Receipt and Initial Assessment
You submit the damage description with all available documentation. We review the documents, provide an initial technical assessment and coordinate the next steps with you.
Analysis and Site Inspection
Depending on the type of damage and prior coordination, the investigation takes place on site, based on the available documentation, or through laboratory examination of the damaged components.
Expert Report and Results
You receive a technically substantiated expert report with clear root cause determination, damage assessment and cost calculation.
